| So, I've started college.
It's pretty fun, pretty interesting. Surprisingly I've felt pretty social, which is usually kind of odd for me...but I'm quite glad that I'm willing to open up. After all, that's what I came here to do.
I don't have much thoughts at the moment...just trying to not get behind on reading and such. I guess I'll report things as they come as we go along.

| I've spent the past two days at my mom's office, and I have to go again tomorrow. And even when that's over, I'm accompanying her on a business trip for a week.
ARGH.
Every day is SO SO SO LONG. I think my tolerance is near gone; I have zero patience. As soon as I step in there, I cannot WAIT to leave. -_-"
Man, I'm not letting her guilt me into relinquishing another day of my summer! NO MOAR! -_-"
As soon as I wake up, I go to the office. And then we get home around 9ish and have dinner. >.< That's like my entire day! T_T
I'm tired. And I'm REALLY tired of the office.

| Because of Johnny, I started reading MLIA.
Sometimes I find the entries kind of annoying though, as funny as they are... It just seems like they're trying too hard. Like they try hard to be about Harry Potter and forts. And MLIA. I think I also dislike that they are so aware of MLIA's existence. It feels like they do weird stuff on purpose just to please MLIA.. Like they are all "I did something weird and child-like and it was the best thing to happen to me in my life." and "I met someone who knew about MLIA too. They are my soulmate." And i just think it's really lame. I mean..it might be cool the first time...but MLIA's are pretty lame if all of them are like..someone else knew about MLIA or Harry Potter and now they are my best friend. -_-" At least FMLs didn't feel like they were trying hard. I could probably write down like five MLIA archetypes and 95% of them would fall under those categories.
I don't know why I've read MLIA or FML at all. I think it's because i used to read a lot of fanfiction..and now that I don't...I want to read something pointless on the internet. lol. But I feel like this is even worse than fanfiction...lol
Anyways, so while reading an MLIA, I found out about omegle.
Which is basically like salmoning...except not through AIM. And it doesn't try to censor you. And you can do it on your own free will.
I felt bored, so I tried it. I talked to three people; the first two conversations were short, the last one lasted quite a while. All my strangers were male. o.O And they were all near-ish my age. The first one was boring. Didn't say much..didn't have anything to say. One word replies. In short, and the conversation was short, very unexciting. What a let-down for my first experience. The second one was a typical internet stranger. Asked me for my asl, what I look like, what I'm wearing, etc. I'm sure you can see why that conversation was over fast. The third, and last one, was a guy from CHINA! XD At least we could talk about something, so we talked for a while, asking/telling each other about American/Chinese shows/music so we could learn English/Chinese. We talked for about an hour or so, and it was pretty interesting. | | |
| Apparently, my mom's office is the best place to update my xanga.
Usually towards the end of the day I can semi-avoid work and I get kinda bored, so perfect time to keep up with xanga! XD
My goal for the rest of the summer so far is to squeeze in as much time with Michael as possible...because my mom keeps needing me at the office, and in Rhode Island, and I just haven't had enough summer with him yet! >.<
The other day I went to Subway and there were two people who were ordering sandwiches, a LOT of sandwiches. Then a middle aged white guy in front of me in line, and then walks in another middle aged white guy. He was one of those types who stand too UNCOMFORTABLY close behind you in line. I was already miffed that it was so slow since i just wanted to get my sandwich and go home and eat, I didn't need a SPACE INVADER invading my personal space! So one of the people who was ordering tons of sandwiches was Middle Eastern or something like (I'm not well-versed enough to tell you where she was from), wearing a head scarf and sporting a moderate accent. And, he says, trying so hard to be funny, (you can so tell he was trying hard to be funny) "Wel-come to A-mer-i-ca" slow, like he was talking to someone stupid. I don't know if i've ever actually heard something so insulting and so primitive. I could rant, but I just have no more words. Perhaps some hand signs and physical actions, but no words. I just can't believe I heard that.
So, I'm stuck at the office. It is 7:45. And I am hungry. HUNGRY. And tired. And I won't get home or have dinner until 9, at this rate. Might be even later, because we there is no sign that we are leaving soon. I WANT TO GO HOME! T_T I already didn't want to come into the office today -_-" !!

| Haha, I think I will, once I get a chance, back track to the stuff that has happened this summer.
I don't know why it got difficult, all of a sudden, this year, to update my xanga. I think I just don't...need this outlet anymore, not as much as I used to.
Currently sitting in my mom's office, trying to look busy as to avoid work >.> Now my cousin Eva is working for my mom, so I can often...avoid work by dodging the bullet so that Eva has to do it. XD
My brother has started band camp. It's that time of year again! I can't wait for those weeks in which all the kiddies will be in school, and I won't be yet! =P
I'm quite excited about college...but I'm SO not done with summer! Not even close! There's so many things I haven't gotten to do yet! Where does the time go?
